France — September 30, 2026 — Proprely has opened the private beta of its management platform for French B2B cleaning companies. The software brings together client sites, workforce scheduling, time tracking, proof of service, quotations, invoicing and client-margin monitoring in one application.

Cleaning businesses often manage day-to-day operations across spreadsheets, messaging applications, calendars, paper documents and separate accounting tools. This fragmentation can make it harder for office teams and field staff to share reliable, up-to-date information. Proprely is designed to give small and growing cleaning companies a single operational workspace built around the realities of multi-site service delivery.

The platform is intended primarily for French cleaning businesses with approximately three to 150 agents, with a particular focus on companies employing three to 50 people. It supports recurring interventions, agent allocation, client and site records, operational documents, quotations and billing. Managers can also monitor margin by client to better understand the commercial performance of individual contracts.

For field teams, Proprely provides an Android application and web access. Core field functions, including schedule access, check-in, photographs and signatures, can be used offline and synchronise when a connection becomes available. The platform also supports proof of service through QR codes, photos, signatures and service reports, giving operators a clearer record of completed work.

The launch comes as cleaning businesses continue to look for practical ways to replace disconnected processes with industry-specific digital tools. Rather than adapting a generic field-service platform, Proprely has been designed around cleaning-sector workflows, including recurring site visits, agent specialties, service evidence and commercial follow-up.

The private beta is available by application and is limited to 30 companies. Beta participants receive access at no cost until October 15, 2026. Proprely plans its commercial launch for October 20, 2026, with founder pricing expected to begin at approximately €39 per month for companies that joined during the beta period.

Proprely states that the platform is hosted in Europe, uses encryption in transit and at rest, and is designed with GDPR requirements in mind. Customers retain ownership of their data and can export it in standard formats.
